  I build in Chelsea's place as a first time home owner in February of 2016, It is now October of 2016 and I am not happy with my first home experience.
  
  From roadside the home's look gorgeous, I was very excited to build there after renting my entire young adult life. I was told that only the highest of quality materials and work goes into building these homes, but since then I've learned that not to be the case.
  
  Things like the AC, water heater, plumbing, electrical, and so on are from what I can tell high quality and work very well. My problem is lies in the work and materials in and around the home.
  
  I could probably write an essay, but instead I'm just going to fireball some points.
  -The paint on the walls is a single coat spread so thin a sneeze exposes the drywall
  -There were carpet glue stains on many of the tiled areas that still have not come off.
  -The backwash to the kitchen was messed up, "repaired" and still looks awful. (I don't even bothering asking for another repair.)
  -The garage doors have been repaired twice and still don't work very well. They make an ungodly amount of noise and sometimes stutter so much they freeze and reverse.
  -The grass died and has not been replaced, so am the only person in the entire complex with a crappy yard.
  -The toilet was cracked in the master bath, it doesn't leak or anything, but I am worried it might someday.
  -The final straw that got me to leave this review is the exterior window ledges. I put the slightest amount of pressure on one and it snapped in half breaking from the home.. It was made of Styrofoam.. You know, I get it, its cheap and an industry standard, its just that I already felt like I was living in a cheap plastic home with nice appliances and a polished look and that was concrete proof of it. Except its not concrete its Styrofoam.
  
  I really enjoyed all the people I worked with, they are all very nice. In the future though I wont be building with a company and won't suggest it to anyone.
