  Substandard. Clinicians here lack good bed side manner/interpersonal skills and clinical competence. I work in Health care and can assure you that if this was a civilian establishment they would be out of business a long time ago. Had prolapsed lumbar discs with recent exacerbation of radicular pain into both lower extremities and waited well over a month to get in to the Orthopod only to hear about how long he has been a Doctor and all this other "talk about myself instead of addressing the patient". Had MRI that was over 3 years old; new onset of symptoms indicating significant pathology and he didn't pick up on it or even address with any kind of assessment. I decided to be quiet and let him finish only to be disappointed at the result. Went to a Orthopod in Orlando and was examined adequately and appropriately. It would be worth finding your own healthcare for service connected disability or non service connected. What this facility made obvious to me is that they work for the VA; NOT THE VETERAN. They capitalize on ignorance and think nobody will catch on to their incompetence. I call this the illusion of healthcare.
