  I bought my boyfriend a delicate wooden watch but we needed it sized. I normally do it myself but I didn't want to damage the piece. We were turned down by Kay's and went to Dakota Watch Co. I asked the man if he was confident in sizing the watch without breaking it. He gave me a price, sized up the watch, and in under 5 minutes we had a perfect fit and no damage. I was nervous based on old reviews but there must have been a few bad apples. Couldn't be happier with my service.
